About Travel With Taste
A foodie from a young age, Kathy McAree is always happiest in the kitchen up to her elbows in gastronomic wizardry. As a culinary tourist, she has traveled the world exploring cuisine and wine attending cooking classes and eating and drinking her way to contentment! For five years she has proudly brought the world to feast at the plenteous tables of Vancouver Island. A bounty of organic farms, vineyards, and specialty producers of cheese, chocolate, mead, craft beers, and more make Vancouver Island an ideal culinary destination.

Kathy works with many organizations to promote and grow the area's wonderful culinary bounty as a Director of the British Columbia Culinary Tourism Society and a board member of the International Culinary Tourism Association.
